By using Coachium, you agree to these terms. They're straightforward and cover how you use the app, what you can expect from us, and how subscriptions work.
01 About the App
Coachium is a professional tool for coaches, therapists, and mentoring professionals. It is not a medical device and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition.
Coachium is not a HIPAA-covered service and is not designed to store, process, or transmit Protected Health Information (PHI) as defined by the U.S. Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act, or equivalent electronic health-record information regulated under any other jurisdiction's health-information law. If your use of client data is regulated by HIPAA, KVKK health-data provisions, GDPR special-category rules, or your professional licensing body, you are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of Coachium meets those obligations. Do not enter information into Coachium that you are not authorized to store outside of a HIPAA-compliant or otherwise regulated system.
02 Your Account
- Sign in with Apple to use the full features.
- You are responsible for activity under your account.
- You can delete your account at any time from Settings → Account → Delete Account in the app. Deletion is permanent — content, attachments, and authentication credentials are removed within the periods described in the Privacy Policy.
03 Your Data
- You own all data you create in the app.
- You are responsible for having the right to store your clients' information.

04 Subscriptions
- Free tier with limited features, Premium with full access.
- Billed monthly through Apple's App Store.
- Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Manage or cancel in your Apple ID settings.
- Refunds are handled directly by Apple.
05 AI Features
- Transcription and summaries are produced by third-party generative AI providers (named in the Privacy Policy, Section 04). Audio you choose to transcribe and notes you choose to summarize are sent to those providers only when you tap the feature.
- Outputs are statistical and may contain errors, omissions, or inventions ("hallucinations"). Always review AI-generated content before relying on it.
- AI-generated content is not a clinical record, diagnosis, or professional opinion. Do not use it as a substitute for licensed professional judgment.
06 Disclaimer
Coachium is provided "as is". We do our best, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service or error-free operation.
07 Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after an update means you accept the new terms.
